House was perfect for our family visit to Tampa. We walked to ZooTampa and the trip to the stadium was easy. Bedrooms are spacious and having 3 full baths was great. Plenty of space in the family room to talk or watch tv.

Great for the family

Enjoyed a quick stay with my family, the house had everything we needed. Brandon let us know about the Lowry Park up the road which we walked to for a nice evening stroll along the river. Would stay again!

Fantastic House

Came in for Yankees Spring training and the house was perfect. Easy to get anywhere in Tampa, walked to the Zoo. Great communication with owner and house is great and just as advertised. Highly recommend

Great space for us each person enjoyed their own room. Plenty of bathrooms with the 2 master suites and 3rd bathroom. Location was good and the house well stocked . Would definitely consider another stay.

What a wonderful host and place! From the moment we reserved the place, Brandon has been super responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a memorable stay. The accommodation itself is very clean and really felt like a home away from home with all the comfort. My favourite places were the living room area and the kitchen - everything we needed was available. If ever in the area again, i hope to come back!

Bad points: neighborhood is very sketchy! Many delapidated houses with the occassional decent one. Showers lacked a grab bar for safety. One of the beds had stained sheets (looked as though they hadn't been changed). Luckily we didn't need that bed. Good points: House was spacious and other than previous statement about one bed, was clean and had everything needed for ouokr stay.

Hi Roger, I am very sorry that you felt this way about the neighborhood. Seminole Heights is a lovely walkable neighborhood, one of the most desirable in Tampa. As with any city, some of the houses in the neighborhood are older, and some are brand new, and most importantly our home was built in 2007. I do hope 1 of the 3 showers was suitable for your visit, we will consider getting a bar for the master shower suite. And I will have the cleaning team review all of our sheets and discard any that aren't up to par; we absolutely clean inbetween every guests visit as do all hosts, anything otherwise would be unethical. 3 stars is very below average in a hosts opinion, if you had messaged us at all during your visit, we could have helped out in a multitude of ways. Cheers.
