Place was clean and easy to access. The host is a wonderful communicator and left detailed instructions and responds quickly to texts. The place was stocked with coffee , creamer, and ice which was a nice touch! Soaps , linens, and cleaning supplies also were readily available. The large dog bed in the one bedroom was nice for those of us traveling with pets, although we brought our own. We loved the location of the place and how easily we accessed main roads to tour and take in Buffalo city!
We had a wonderful time in Buffalo staying at this rental property. Perfect location for seeing the sights in the area! Easy, smooth check in and comfortable place to stay.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The property looks amazing online and it had great reviews. We arrived early evening and were exhausted from driving or we might have moved on. A bucket of hot soapy water would have solved a lot of what was wrong.. My friend said her bed smelled of body odor on the top sheet. Like someone had put the sheet in their arm pit..There was crud around water faucets, a lot of dirt and grease on doors and knobs..The pictures online were lovely not so much in person. The area it's located in looks a little sketchy, but was actually ok... just down the street was a great Mexican restaurant Don Pablos ...and had breakfast at the Swan Street Diner...What a treat.

The house was big and very comfortable for big family.
Cool old school place that has been renovated, right near downtown buffalo. if your going to see the Sabres or the bills I would recommend. Dave's a great host who got back to us right away with any questions
The location was perfect for our journey. Buffalo was a stopover on our way to Canada. The place was super clean & had a nice layout for 3 women traveling together. The host responded immediately to any question.
This beautifully renovated home was comfortable, clean and perfect for our short stay! The artful touches and recommendations for restaurants and activities were much appreciated as well!
Listing was accurate and well kept. Nice bathroom and bedding, with usable kitchen as well. Very heavily buffalo themed! Couple spots where the floors of the rental were uneven or cracking, and mirror in one of the bedrooms had a power light on it that was bright while sleeping, but overall very minor complaints for what was a great stay
My group of friends stayed for a weekend of St. Patrick’s day festivities in the city. This bnb was at a great location where we could walk to places in South Buffalo or to the main city area (if you are willing to walk 30 min). Hosts were very communicative and accommodating!
This is the second year in a row we stayed at this property and another amazing experience! This year we were in the upstairs unit versus the lower unit last year. Both stays were great experiences with zero complains! Plenty of parking on street outside, easy access to property, very clean, and great communication with the owner! Highly recommend this property, especially if you're attending any events downtown (arena, etc...)!
We stayed on our way back to MD from Canada to see a game at key bank. It was an easy walk and was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Parking was easy and the instructions were very helpful. We didn’t know anything about the area so it was nice to have somewhere close to the arena but quiet enough for everyone to get some rest.
We really enjoyed the apartment. David was very helpful! When we arrived, we did not know where to park because the space in front of the house had a “temporary” bus stop sign on the light post. So, we parked in the grass on the right hand side of the house. However, his dad was at the property the day after Christmas and asked my husband to park on the road in front of the house. Not wanting to upset the host, he did so. And, we woke up to a ticket on our van the next morning. We enjoyed our stay but suggest that you clarify parking arrangements before arriving.
My daughter and I went to see Stevie Nicks in Buffalo and didn’t want to have to worry about parking or driving home. This home fit the bill perfectly. The house is about 1 mile from the KeyBank Center and is totally walkable. Beds were comfortable; shower was great. I would stay here again in the future.
This property was very clean and spacious. Was close to stores and restaurants. Very convenient to the Buffalo football stadium. I highly recommend staying here.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay, so convenient to downtown activities. An easy bus ride to the Transit Center and off to Niagara Falls!!! The Diner down Swan St is great for breakfast!!! Thanks, Joe Out West
