The king bed is a MAJOR plus and the brand new 12in memory foam mattress will have you extended your stay night after night! The residents are beyond friendly and are so welcoming! You'll love it here!

At this space you'll enjoy a newly renovated loft in the heart of Birmingham, located between historic Morris Ave & 1st Ave North. Within walking distance of the most popular restaurants and bars our city has to offer, you won't miss any action!

There is secured door in order to gain entrance into the building. We will send you a code for access.

There is also a keypad lock on the door where you'll receive a code 1 hour prior to check-in.

Do not book.

I never got my check in information. The owner did not contact me or answer vrbo when they called. I hope I get my money back.

A good apartment ruined by really bad communication

The apartment itself was fine – spacious and clean. The WiFi is good, the AC works and it's a good location. The only bad thing about the apartment itself is that, because of the age of the building and the wooden floorboards you can hear the neighbours very easily. It's quite weird at night because it sounds like someone is in the apartment. Unfortunately the communication with the property manager was really bad. The day before I was due to check-in I tried to call to get check-in information but the telephone number was wrong. Half an hour before check-in time I still hadn't received check-in information so I messaged them. At this point, I was thinking I might need to find another place to stay. They finally sent the check-in information and I made my way to the apartment. Unfortunately they had not given me the code to the lockbox so I was locked out. I messaged and had to take all my bags to a local coffee shop while I waited for a response. Separately, I had some medication delivered to the apartment and, unfortunately, it didn't arrive until the day after I had departed (I had a photo of the delivered parcel from FedEx). I had further problems with the property manager's communication when I asked them if they were able to send the medication on to my next location (at my expense, of course). Again they were very unresponsive and I eventually gave up.

Was beautiful inside. Very cool loft experience.

The stay was amazing. The lift was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy. The rules in and out are very reasonable and streamlined to make your stay easy. I would recommend this place. Parking is all over the streets. Can be busy at night and hard to find but you may only be a short walk away still.

Weekend in Birmingham

This loft was as great as the pictures look and in a great location. It is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and parking. We loved the industrial loft feel, especially the brink floor in the living room. As great as the loft was, the host was even better. No issue or question went unanswered.
