This beautifully maintained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for your dream beach vacation. With several beaches at your fingertips and a perfect outdoor lanai with a large yard, it is the perfect place for both a relaxing and adventurous vacation.

This single-level, fully furnished spacious property includes gas-fired grill and fire pit on the screened lanai and wood deck, perfect for outside games, barbecue, and s’mores. With televisions in both the living room, master bedroom, and full-functioning internet access, it is also perfect for a cozy night in.

It is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with few close neighbors. Also included with the house are multiple bikes for biking the Legacy Trail (.6 miles away) or to Nokomis Beach which is only 1.6 miles from your front doorstep, and Venice beach just 10 minutes away. Also nearby, Historic Downtown Venice offers many beach shops and dining options. Other great restaurants & amenities within walking distance.

The famous Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota are also easily accessible, with only a 20 minute drive to both. These areas are perfect for any time of the day, with many fine-dining and shopping options and beautiful sight-seeing.

Very clean and had a good selection of kitchen tools for cooking. It was nice to have our local family over for dinner. Our host Andy and Sam were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We would like to stay there again.

Andy's House Our Home

Andy's vacation rental is exactly as pictured and described. Our family quickly settled into all the comforts of home. The location allows quick access to anywhere you want to be; beach, shopping, restaurants, golf. Andy is good hearted, responsive, and attentive. We had a great stay and feel blessed!

A lovely, clean house

We loved how the master bed and bath (with an excellent walk-in closet) was on one side of the house and 2 guest bedrooms and bathroom were in a wing on the other side of the house. The lanai was very nice. There were many amenities, such as kayaks, bikes, a fire pit/table and grill. The kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of baking dishes and limited pots and pans -- probably enough for most people.

Beautiful home very close to everything. Check in and check out extremely easy. Home was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all essentials needed. Host was very accommodating for needs if any, but everything was great!! Would highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting Nokomis or Venice area
