This two bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, sofa sleeper), two bath (jetted tub in master) property offers a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining area, full kitchen and laundry. You will appreciate the large deck with the sounds of Shanty Creek flowing by while enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine. Relax by the outdoor heated pool in the summer or practice your tennis or pickle ball game on the courts. You also have access to the private Summit Beach Club located on Lake Bellaire. The Beach Club offers a clubhouse, grills, pavilion, children's play area, basketball court, shuffleboard, and a sandy beach on Lake Bellaire.
Pinebrook is a short drive to downtown Bellaire, and is centrally located between Charlevoix, Petoskey, Gaylord, and Traverse City. Great ski weekend

This condo was in a wonderful location for a ski weekend to Schuss Mountain (we also drove about 50 minutes one day to try skiing at Treetops). The beds were super comfy, there was plenty of hot water for showers after hitting the slopes, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The fireplace was also easy to operate, which was enjoyed! The only downsides to our stay were a very tiny entry way (hard for 4 people to remove boots and ski gear so as to not track in snow and salt onto the nice new carpet) and not being able to get the WiFi to work for the TV (they sent someone out to fix it, but did not seem to check the TV). Other than those two minor issues, we had a good stay!

Great property!

Centrally located to the activities we wanted to do. Enjoyed the extras — pickleball court, walking trails and swimming pool. Loved the wooded surroundings. The neighbors were great. Property manager was very responsive by phone.
