"Pearl Haven" is brand new on the rental market. Located in Schuss Village in Shanty Creek resorts. We have given this condo a Beachy tranquil look.
Most everything is new to provide a comfortable home away from home feeling.
We are situated on the Schuss golf course with woods surrounding to give you that "up north" feeling.

450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.
Open concept kitchen and living area.
Living room: New leather full size sofa sleeper. 65 inch smart TV
Kitchen: fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to cook a meal. Bar height table with seating for 4
1 bedroom with new KING bed. Smart TV in bedroom

The bathroom has been updated with a shower and a tub. Guests have boasted about the great water pressure in the shower.
Air-conditioning
Kitchen and living room are open concept making 450 square feet feel large.

We also have a gas grill and you will find the best steaks to grill at the Bellaire Smokehouse.
Crock pot for your cold winter days.
If you are looking for something special just ask, I probably have it.

Your rental includes a complimentary pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal)

*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*

*WIFI to allow to work remotely easily* (if you must work or to stream movies)

The backyard has a 6 foot sliding door that opens to a patio with access from your bedroom. There is a bonfire pit. Enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing after a day of sightseeing or relax with your morning coffee.


We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to explore Northern Michigan's beauty including Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix just to name a few.
Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip. If you prefer to stay closer we have several lakes within 10 minutes.

Like to bike ride? Glacial Hills is 5 miles away in Bellaire.
Hiking trails galore. Grass River or just walk around the resort and hike the ski trails.

All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

Why pay the high hotel prices in populated Northern Michigan towns when you can stay here and enjoy much more for your money and travel to different areas everyday. Or if you want to stay put, there is plenty to do within a 5 mile radius.
Winter fun! Walk to slopes or Nordic ski from your back door. Snowmobile trail heads within a 10 minute drive.

We fully enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely perfect. Your rental exceeded our expectations. Your place was clean and cozy and well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We had a wedding to attend in Charlevoix. We also enjoyed a day of shopping and dining in Traverse City. This rental was in the perfect location for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would love to came back for another stay and would highly recommend your place to others.

There was nothing going on at the resort at all except for golf. Pool was closed. It was a Ghost Town. Little Patio area in the back off the bedroom was very nice. The space was adequate. Problems with the Wi-Fi were quickly solved by the property manager. There were some late night hooligans next door, but that's not the manager's fault. Electric vehicle charging is down past the golf course, it's not free, but it's reasonable enough- although it's pretty slow. All in all a great base of operations to explore east of the bay. Bel Air/ torch lake is close. We visited charlevoix, Petoskey and many other little towns throughout the area.

The pool was open, and I’m not sure what prevented you from being able to access it, but I would have been happy to help resolve the issue. I’m also sorry about the noisy neighbors. Had I known, I would have done my best to address the situation while you were here. We’re located on a golf course and ski hill, and many of our guests use our property as a convenient and reasonably priced home base while enjoying day trips to the beautiful attractions throughout Northern Michigan. Because of that, there can occasionally be activity in the surrounding area. I appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I wish we’d had the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay.

The condo was accurately described and clean when we got there. Check in was smooth, except there isn’t much reception to get information for check in from the app. Complaints are the toilet paper is one ply and cheap and the host wasn’t very communicative once we got to the condo. We couldn’t figure out how to use the induction stove top and I texted the host to ask how to work it, but they never answered me. My husband had to trouble shoot it so I could cook breakfast the first morning. Bed was comfortable and had a charging port which was convenient. The condo was convenient to the places we visited. Besides the host not communicating about the stove it was a good stay.

I am very sorry but did not see a text from her. I am very much available. My phone number is in several places in the condo. I would suggest calling me if I do not respond immediately to a text. I do not want guests to struggle with anything. Detailed directions for the stove are now in the guest book. As far as the toilet paper, it is from Sams club and is one ply but not cheap or thin at all. It is the same that I use in my own home.
