Hi there! We are Dallas, Adam, Jenny, and Jack! Adam and Jenny are brother and sister, and Dallas is Adam's wife, and Jack is Jenny's husband! Jenny and Jack have two beautiful young children and reside in Arizona. And Dallas and Adam continue traveling and running their own businesses. In 2018 Dallas and Adam drove their converted school bus to Nashville, where Jenny and Jack lived to team up on a family project together! We all bought our first house together and put in the hard work ourselves to create our first rental in Nashville! Right after that, we found our fixer upper lake house in Mount Juliet that, we'll just say needed a little extra, and started another house remodeling under 2 years. We are not only the owners, but we are the remodeling construction crew as well! We put so much hard work into our newly remodeled houses, and hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Everything from the kitchen countertops, farmhouse sink, master bathroom vanity, and huge dining table has been hand crafted by Adam. Every inch of this home has love put into it by the owners! The dining kitchen table was reclaimed from the rafters after vaulting the dining ceiling. Anything that could be reclaimed, was!
