The host was amazing! Helped us so much with the grill, etc… Very nice and communicative. We loved the cabin and the view was breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back after the remodel. Everything was great!

Great escape in Mt. Juliet!

This property was perfect for my little family. Absolutely beautiful on the lake, quiet, quaint. There were deer often grazing in the front lawn - a true serene escape! The owner was very communicative and helpful, I would definitely stay again!

Little Hallmark get away

My family and I enjoyed this little cottage on the. Very peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed watching the sailboat and many other boats. Thank you Sandy and Jack for letting us stay there !

Perfect Holiday Getaway

My husband and I spent three nights with our two dogs in this beautiful lakeside home. The neighborhood was quiet and the sunrise over the lake was the perfect way to start a day. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was spotless. Sandy was very responsive to our questions and check in and check out were a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. In a perfect location just outside the city that's nice and quiet yet close to everything. Owner was easy to get to and very accommodating, we had a little issue that they took care of right away, will definitely look for this place again next time we come down!

The house is in a great location, right on the lake. The screened in porch is a great space to have coffee, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The owner is very responsive. Would stay again!

Clean cute cabin

Small cabin- very clean. Best part is the screened in back porch. Nice sunset as you walk toward water. Fun to watch the boats. It would have been nice to have a way to easily get in/out of water from the pier. Bring a raft or floating device so you can enjoy the water.

Cozy Lake Retreat

All around fantastic weekend. Enjoyed seeing sailboats cruising on the water. Last morning before dawn walked to the water and a small herd of deer came up. They froze for a few moments before taking off. Four were very small. If you are a nature lover, like water views, and want a cozy little cabin, I highly recommend.

Perfect stay near Nashville

Despite bad weather right before our arrival, the place was perfect. It’s not huge but it’s got what you for up to 4 people. Nice view of the water, not too far from Nashville, quiet and friendly neighbors. Internet was solid so my wife and daughter could do work. I also enjoyed watching the range of birds from cardinals to water fowl. I enjoyed my stay.

Dog weekend

Two teams of dock dogs, handlers and dogs found this awesome cabin to stay at and enjoy while we came to Tennessee to compete at Wilson Fairgrounds. Every thing we needed to relax in between competitions. Really nice area, neighbors very friendly. Dogs could swim and play ball. Sit on the porch enjoy the water view during the day and the quiet of the night, and the visiting deer a bonus! We will be back for next year’s competition and hoping it will be available.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

This was the best experience. Sandy was a great host. He went above and beyond. The Communication and check in process was very easy. He is very proactive and wants to make sure his guest enjoy the stay. The property was exactly as described. House was clean and kitchen utensils were available. The yard is huge and with the lake access it was just perfect. Sandy was kind enough letting us dock our boat at his dock. I highly recommend this place!

Peaceful cottage

This cottage was perfect for my sister and I! I drove from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and my sister came up from Alabama to meet up for a mini vacation. The cottage was so peaceful and met all of our needs. Clean and comfy furnishings with all of the basic necessities that we needed for our 6 day stay. The location was perfect for our day trips to Nashville and surrounding areas. Sandy was available for any questions we had and was a genuinely warm and friendly host. I wished we could have enjoyed the porch and lake area more, but the heat and humidity kept us inside most of the time we were there. Luckily the central air worked wonderfully!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property initially as a personal vacation home and have since purchased another home four doors down the street for my permanent residence. The property is very private and yet I can be in downtown Nashville in 20 - 25 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my two sons to get away, fish, enjoy the boat and spend time together. We certainly have shared some treasured moments and built fond memories while staying in our lake home. I am excited to share this special place with others to create your own wonderful memories.
