Awesome night life, restaurants, distilleries and winery.
Our property is direct oceanfront on a double lot with soft sandy backyard leading to the beach. Hammocks, grills and adirondack chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Great Gypsea Stay!!

What an amazing experience staying at the Gypsea. Very cleaned, comfortable, relaxing and the beachfront views and access were amazing. Just steps away. The ambiance of the boho themed was so perfect. Can’t wait to stay there again!

St. Augustine Villano Beach Rental

The location and beach were absolutely stunning, from that aspect I definitely recommend renting and staying here. Having the publix within walking distance is nice to get essentials and we saw tons of dolphins swimming close by. There is not a spa/tub or a washing machine in unit.

Gypsea Cottage, not exactly.

First off, Paola was very nice and easy to deal with. That said, we were very disappointed in Gypsies Cottage and ended up leaving on 12/24. Listing made it sound as if the rental was a stand alone cottage. Not part of a building that had a number of units in it. Additionally, the family that stayed above us were loud and at times sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Listing also said it had a hot tub which it didn’t. Finally, no toiletries provided and sparingly stocked with other items. Coffee and condiments were old and out of date. Not as advertised.

Why they chose this property

The private beach of Vilano is pristine but not pretentious. Our home resides on a magnificent double beachfront lot. walk to the beach from our backyard.
bonus is we are a quick 10 minute drive to heart of St Augustine. best of both worlds :)

What makes this property unique

we are direct beachfront and have a double lot of oceanfront. Our backyard is decorated in soft sand, hammocks, adirondack chairs, volleyball, grills. A vibey micro resort with private decks for each unit.
