Comfortable & Inviting Family Home - Sleeps 10
As you enter this spacious and serene 2500 sq ft home, you are greeted with an enormous dining and kitchen area. Vaulted ceilings and skylights compliment this house with an abundance of sunshine. A 12-foot island is the epicenter of socializing in this chef's dream-kitchen. Perfect for families to share a meal together after exploring Colorful Colorado.
Relax in the tranquil backyard where you have a deck and covered patio, with propane grill to create your own flame-kissed cuisine.
The space
My husband and I have owned this home since 1999, and we have remodeled every square inch of it. We are so excited to share it with our guests! It’s the perfect home for friends and family to reconnect and share new memories together. Each room has been thoughtfully planned and decorated. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Each bedroom has a large mirror and dresser to minimize the wait time in the bathroom. The main level of the house is spacious yet cozy.

Excellent Accommodations
We traveled to Colorado for a family wedding held in Morrison. Nine adults and plenty of room. Very quiet location with ease of getting to all the festivities and fun. Perfect set up with backyard covered patio to sit and laugh as it rained around us. Well stocked home, very clean with nice big kitchen/dining for gathering to make a big yummy breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will favorite the home for future trips.

Your host
Bart and Valerie lived at the Sunny-Side House for 19 years. They raised their children and remodeled every room of the house during that time. The biggest remodel was the magnificent vaulted ceiling kitchen! There is plenty of room for several people to help cook, clean, eat and watch! Currently, they live just 5 minutes west of the house.
