This beautiful 1 bedroom -1 bath condo is on the second floor just off the lazy river pool. This condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and finished with upgraded stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Clean and contemporary styling with a true home like feel. It's the perfect retreat for singles and couples alike! Located in the coveted 'breezeway' building, you can easily pass through the building to get to the pool instead of walking around. This condo faces west and enjoys shade all day on the over sized covered terrace. The perfect place to enjoy those morning coffee's or evening drinks overlooking the pool! 
The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The large open design of the 1 bedrooms are always a hit with singles and couples on vacation. In-suite laundry, Cable TV and internet are a few of the comforts you have Pacifico.
Pacifico is an exclusive gated community in the middle of town. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and local nightlife. The community has 4 pools on site as well as access to the Beach Club. The Beach Club is on the beach with another 2 pools and restaurant/bar. Coco is a really fun town with plenty of flare and amenities for everyone. This is a great place to come home to after exploring all the beautiful sights that Costa Rica has to offer.

My stay was excellent! The property inside and outside was amazing! The kitchen was fabulous, WiFi worked really well, and the house manager Lissa was by far the best manager I have ever experienced! She definitely gets a bonus.

Unit was well located to the pools and access to the small stores and a few restaurants. Unit was very well appointed with cooking utensils, pool towels, etc.It was a bit of a walk into town.

Great location in Coco Beach

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Pacifico. The condo was spacious, clean, and thoroughly stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, and extras like a small cooler if needed. The Pacifico is a wonderful community and a great base for our 8 day stay to the area. The pools were clean with room for everyone and a handy poolside cafe. We had friends who were already in a different long-term location so we did leave the property fairly often, but we found it to be the perfect central location for venturing out in Coco. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and may just have to plan another trip 😊

Everything about the stay was wonderful. I guess the only thing that I would say need some attention is the communication between myself and anyone that I have needed correspondence with. I think that communication should be a little more invisible such that when I need to talk to someone someone’s there they answer right away and vice versa

All you could ask for!

We spent a month at Pacifico and it was truly a wonderful experience. The unit we had was very conveniently located within the complex, near all 4 pools. It's brilliant to have a supermarket and pharmacy, as well as restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our property manager was very responsive although we barely needed him as everything was good. Pacifico is nearest to Coco Beach which is not the best so transportation is needed if you ever want to explore other areas. Other advice is to get to the pools early as chairs are booked up and being used by 8:30. Cafe services at the pool are fantastic! I have nothing negative to say about Pacifico and hope to return one day soon.

Comfortable large one bed apartment with large balcony privately shaded by beautiful trees

From the moment we stepped off the plane, the people of Costa Rica were friendly, caring and helpful. Our taxi driver for the week was Evelio Martinez (506-8941-6063). He is a perfect gentleman, speaks enough English to converse with us, and was always on time, even giving us surprises along the way by small detours to the most breathtaking views of the bays. Liberia airport to Coco about 40 mins $50. Local taxi fares cheap as chips! House Manager Fabrizio met us at the apartment, and made us very welcome. He also visited us twice during our stay and picked up our trash....fab service! Zindis Group answered my many questions prior to travel. The apartment was well equipped....lots of beach and bath towels, large closet with airer and ironing board/iron already set up to use. Lots of clothes hangers. Large shower which worked well, albeit the kitchen sink water pressure was slow, but not in the shower. That was great. The toilet was low to the ground, which my arthritic hip did not like, but overall the bathroom worked well. The bed was huge and comfortable. The AC fan was a bit noisy in the bedroom, until we figured out it was set on permanent fan mode, rather than auto (I am sure Fabrizio would have helped with that, had we told him!). Netflix is provided which was a lovely surprise. We were able to watch the final season of Peaky Blinders :). Only a 10 min walk to Auto Mercada (local grocery store) and a few restaurants. While we were in CR, we ate out every day. Pacifico Beach Club has an amazing dining room. We romanced on a table for 2 in front of open French doors overlooking the infinity pool, sunbathing lawn and the picturesque bay beyond. Father Roosters in Ocatal Bay was good........if they tempt you to try their fire hot alco shot, have a pint of water handy for the aftermath!! Che Sirloin in Coco served me the best ribeye I have EVER eaten. When you go say "Hi" to Dash! Santorina Greek restaurant served my hubby the BEST souvlaki he has ever eaten, and our friend said the tenderloin sandwich was perfect, albeit HUGE. I was disappointed with the moussaka, and the baklava (not enough sweet honey), but the Greek potatoes were amazing. We ate at a beach hotel on the Hermosa bay and were plagued by flies......Coco was my favorite town. Imperial is a good beer. Numu restaurant across from Auto Mercada served great burgers and especially the lamb burger. The owner is very friendly and gave us lots of info.

Pacifico L608

We had a fabulous stay in Pacifico L608. We had previously stayed at Pacifico in ground floor units twice before and were skeptical about a second floor unit. Not the case! Damien from Zindis Group was fantastic and this unit offered all the little extras! There were coffee filters, saran wrap, foil, ziploc baggies, spices, olive oil, tea, extra paper towels and toilet paper which other units we had previously rented did not provide. This was a game changer for us! This unit did not disappoint. We will rent this unit again! Thank you!

We arrived early and were able to check in a bit early as well. The condo is well appointed and very clean. Location is perfect. Would only suggest the need to include the daily fee to use the beach house amenities in the ad.
