During our stay, the property exceeded our expectations. The house offered:Convenient garage access, which made coming and going hassle-free.Ample sleeping arrangements that comfortably accommodated our entire group.A cozy and welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy.Compared to other stays, this location stands out for its practicality and comfort, particularly in how well it supports larger groups without feeling cramped.Overall Impression: Highly recommended for families or groups seeking a comfortable and accessible Vrbo rental.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The home had several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a cockroach, cracked and dirty flooring, stained linens, broken/missing hardware, and other items that needed attention. The condition of the home did not feel consistent with the listing photos or expectations set by the rating. We appreciated the host’s communication and the partial reimbursement, but overall, we did not feel the stay was worth the cost.

Midway City stay

Cozy and clean. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe. The 3 bathrooms made it really easy to get ready for our wedding event. Also the neighborhood is close to shopping areas.

Jeremy is extremely nice and attentive. He reached out to see if we needed anything to make our vacation more enjoyable. We had an event that required us to check in earlier than the usual 4:00 PM, and he kindly allowed us to check in at 11:00 AM so we had plenty of time to prepare. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious—perfect for our group of 10. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to everything we wanted to visit. We highly recommend Jeremy and his home. Thank you, Jeremy, for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Great Overall

This home is in a great location, we were about 20 minutes from Disney, restaurants and the beach. House was just as pictured and was comfortable for our family of 10. Unfortunately my son accidentally left his Nintendo switch and we were told cleaning service claimed to not see it. Lesson learned. Jeremy was great at responding and great host either way.

Nov. 2024 Pre-Cruise Stay

We had a group of 8 adults and 3 kids and 1 infant. The place was very clean with modern furnishings and comfortable. Room enough for all of us. This listing is part of a 4 plex unit. We flew into Long Beach Airport which was much easier than LAX for a Carnival cruise out of Long Beach. We went to Knotts Berry Farm which was close by and fun. My only complaint was with the check in procedure. The Instructions for the pass codes were incorrect and we had to use VRBO messaging and manager phone contact to get into the unit. This was especially hard arriving after a long flight at 9:00 pm at night and waiting for a response for entry codes with tired kids and adults and taking kids to a nearby Target to use the bathroom. If that issue was eliminated the place would get 5 stars all around.

Comfortable stay and convenient to Disney and Costco, Walmart, and a mall! Peaceful. Everything we needed was there. We had 10 humans and the four bedrooms and 3 baths was just enough.
