Beaches Be Crazy! Perfect for a getaway with a group of friends or large familes. This property has plenty of space to relax and enjoy! In the gated community of Bay Point, you are only minutes away from the beach, and some of Panama City Beach's best restaurants! With so many choices, and so much to do, you can't go wrong! The home is also about a 45 minute drive to the Hub of 30A and 10 minutes to Downtown St Andrews.
The home's oversized garage has been converted to a family style game room to keep everyone busy! Private pool and hot tub!

Downstairs
- Living room has 2 twin chair sleepers
- Play room (5th bedroom) has futon
Upstiars
- 1st master bedroom has king bed and futon. Attached bathroom with walk in shower, large soaker tub and walk in closet
- 2nd master bedroom has queen bed. Attached bathroom with walk in shower and 3 closets
- 3rd bedroom has queen bed
- 4th bedroom has tripple bunk with 2 twins over a full

Large living area has space for all to come together for game or movie nights. There are dining areas both in the home, and outside to enjoy. Every room has large smart TVs to stream all of your favorite movies, shows, and sporting events.
The back yard even has a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and additional sitting/dining space in the yard. **Additional fee for hot tub use**

Guests will have access to the entire home.

A security Hold of $500 will be processed by the Host on the Guests Credit Card
The minimum Age of the Primary Renter is 25 Years of Age, and the Primary renter must be on site for the duration of the stay.

The house is amazing. everyone was very pleased with the sleeping availability as well. Property manager is very nice. it's one of the best stays in PCB.

There are four bedrooms upstairs the primary suite had a very large bed with a futon in the corner of the room great to check up on work with large walk in shower, and stand alone tub, with a walk in closet. You have access to the back balcony while in that room. The 2nd primary had a large bathroom and walk in shower smaller closets. The other bedrooms had a sharing bathroom One room had a Queen bed, one room with a three tier bunk bed. Downstairs there a large living room with a dining room table, then a kitchen leading out to the back patio where another dining room table is located. We had a small gathering with family and friends to celebrate my daughter turning 14. The kitchen is small but everything works except for the fan above the stove.

It could have been so nice

The property is in a very protected neighborhood. I felt very safe. House was filthy, however. We had to clean everything. There was chocolate frosting smeared on dishes hidden under clean dishes in the cabinets. Every drawer was full if grime. Sand on the furniture, etc. Owner said it was fthem.
