To heat the pool, there is an additional expense which you must pay. Heating the pool in the spring, fall and winter can be expensive so rather than pass those costs on to all renters, we pass the cost to those willing to pay for it.

The cost is $25 per day during the entire booking during the months of March, April, Sept to December. It is $50 per day during the months of January to February.

March and first half of April plus June and July are Sat to Sat only bookings.

Service Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $100 per booking. The pet must be a certified service dog for disabled people. The fee is for extra cleaning. I have a disabled daughter who is very allergic to dog dander so we have to special clean after each pet visit.

After booking but before your stay, contact the me if you wish to have the heater turned on during your stay. The Temperature will be set at 80 degrees during your stay provided you pay the fee required by Paypal or Venmo. If you wish to pay another way, please plan well in advance as it takes time to receives checks in the mail.

Our home has four spacious bedrooms, three and a half large bathrooms, and a private pool. The bedrooms are located on the first two floors. There is also a spectacular third story loft with a wet bar, 42 inch flat panel HDTV, love seat seating a panoramic 450 sq. ft sun deck complete with outdoor dining table. The furnishings are designed with the finest of Florida luxury in mind and will sleep up to 14 people comfortably.

Each bedroom has its own private bath, and premium mattresses and linens for a RELAXING stay. This home will comfortable sleep 4 couples and 6 singles. There are 4 flat panel HDTVs throughout the house with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime available. There are granite counter tops throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. This spacious home features 10-14' ceilings. Wireless Internet is included with the rental fee.

We work very hard to make sure that your stay is the best experience that you can have year after year. 50% of our rentals are now repeat customers because they know that our home will be well maintained and clean when they show up. Our cleaners have specific instructions to make sure that all kitchen and bathroom surfaces are sanitary not just looking clean. We use Clorox cleaner on all bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Pine sole for tile floors. Almond Oil for hardwood surfaces and Windex for glass and mirrors. Our customers come back because they can count on us.

Just footsteps to the famous powder white sand beaches. The Coconut Grove Beach House is located on the south side of Thomas Dr., no busy streets to cross to get to the beach! Safe for families walking to and from the beach and just a few yards to St. Andrews State Park, a quarter of a mile to the marina, and Capt. Anderson's Restaurant, Schooners, Treasure Ship, Pirate Ship (for kids) and many other attractions: FUN for the whole family! We are happy to share our home!

This property does have outside surveillance cameras for your safety! We do save the video for 29 days in case there is a problem.
