Adorable little mobile home, perfect for a quick little getaway! 20 mins away from Clemson. Directly next to Coneross campground where you'll have access to a boat ramp and a campground pass will be provided. You'll have Lake Heartwell access to our dock that is a quick walk across the street!

One of the bathrooms is handicap accessible! You'll have access to a washing machine and dryer.

Great place for a footbaĺl game in Clemson, SC

Pictures are accurate. Lots of parking. Comfortable king size bed with 2 nice bathrooms. Very convenient, quiet neighborhood, convemient to Clemson, SC. Lake nearby and within walking distance. Would stay here again. Had all emenities we needed. Great host too.

Fishing tournament

Plenty of parking for several trucks and boats , on a concrete pad . The driveway could use some work getting up there . Comfortable for 3 guys , might be a little sketchy for more . Needs some pest control, killed several roaches . Met the owners and they were very nice .
