The place is very nice, giving us the cabin vibe. The owner, Jose, went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable time for us. It was snowing and he made sure that we would have a good time staying at his property. Communication was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back again! That’s for sure.
The location was great. We were here on a contract job and to have the privacy was amazing. The property was clean nest and very comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay here the next time I’m in town or going to a Clemson game.
When I booked the RV , the owners were quick to reach out and make me aware that there was a house also on the property that would be rented out during our stay. I appreciated the heads up and informed them that it was no issue, we were using the place just somewhere for us to lay our head that night. Well , within moments of arriving , i received a text questioning how many people would be staying there. It was myself, my S/O , and 4 small children. They quickly let me know that was not what i had reserved for. I personnally had no idea that when you search for properties on VRBO, the amount of people you search is whats turned into the owners. They asked me to pay an additional cleaning fee and i happily did so, however, we felt very uncomfortable during our time going forward as there were cameras pointing directing at the RV. As i had promised, we were only there from 11pm at night to 9am the next morning when we left. We didnt take showers or anything at the RV and put the couch and table up exactly as we found it. While the above circumstance wasnt great, i am mainly leaving the 3 star review for cleanliness. For them to make me pay an exta fee and be so worried about the mess we would make .. the refrigerator gave an awful odor and the carpet was so dirty with stains all over. The toilet starting stinking within a couple flushes as if the tank hadnt recently been cleaned. All considered , it wasnt a great experience but did the job for a 1 night stay.
