Our guesthouse was recently renovated with a small studio apartment as it's inspiration. It shares an acre lot with the main house but offers ultimate privacy to allow you to relax or get work done!

The open floor space includes a small kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils, plates, cups, toaster, electric gride. No stove, washer/drier onsite.

Peace and quiet

It was such a peaceful place to stay and surrounded by beautiful property. The guest house had everything I needed and some extra. My family saw videos and want to come with me next time I visit.

Wonderful stay!

This is a lovely small place for a getaway. It was wonderful to be able to come back here each evening and enjoy the quiet. I highly recommend this getaway for a single person or couple!

Personal parking place for the unit. Very nice studio apartment. Separate entry from the main house. Nice modern pace once inside with comfortable seating in front of a huge flat screen. This place is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the area restaurants. I'll be back in Tx. soon and I try and book this studio apartment again.
