Easy access to bus-stop and Park Place Mall, Barnes & Noble, Saguaro National East, UA, Downtown, Sprouts grocery, Planet Fitness, & diverse cuisine at restaurants such as Guadalajara Mexican Grill, Opa's Best Greek, Alafia West African, Kiwami Ramen. Enjoy the entire guest house including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with tub/shower, living room and kitchenette. Main house might be occupied during your stay. Back yard and washer/dryer are shared.

Weekend stay

It was a good place for a weekend stay. We were pretty much out all day enjoying the recreation opportunities in the area so just needed a place to sleep and eat a couple of meals. Location is very convenient to everything.

Just the right size unit!

Visited Tucson for college baseball games. Rental was just off Broadway a main East-West street. Lots of restaurants. Bathroom a little small but everything else was great.
