Lucy’s House Single Family Bungalow

Ive been working on the siding for this house so its easy to spot although not clearly marked with house numbers yet. Park in back off of the alley as that is most convienient and easy access to the door where you will come and go. No cleaning fees! The only time I would ask for compensation is if the home were left dirty and house rules not followed.

Clean little house near many points of interest in the Quad Cities. Easy to find. Comfy beds and living space. Full cooking facilities. Washer/dryer for extended stays. Security cameras and well lit parking off street. Just blocks from the Mississippi River. Near the Rust Belt and “The Mark” Vibrant Center. Close to WIU Campus and an easy drive to Augustana’s campus. Great place to stay if you are in town for an overnight , weekend, or a wonderful place to have as a home away from home for longer stays. Security lighting so you will never feel like you are coming or going in the dark and nice neighbors all around. I also run exterior security cameras for added piece of mind. Just an all around good place to stay!

Leave the mattress pad and protective sheet on the bed when stripping sheets. I wash all but it helps me during clean up.

Lucy is a fabulous host. She replies quickly and is quite gracious. One can tell that she takes absolute pride in her property. It is impeccably clean and there is a variety of Keurig pods, PopTarts, snacks, granola bars, and cookies. There was a bowl of miniature candies, and ample soap, shampoo and conditioner for showering. We stayed at Lucy's for our 1st wedding anniversary the 13th of February and Valentine's Day. The entrance door had a string of lighted hearts as well as a tablecloth adorned with hearts. We couldn't have asked for more and so reasonably priced. To make this a yearly anniversary stay.just might be in our future. Thank.you. Lucy. You're the best.

She is still working on the property. That being said it was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. She had snacks which we didnt need but she also supplied coffee, filters and cream which was wonderful. My favorite was coffee on the front porch. Lucy is very nice and quick to see to any issues. The lighting could have been a bit brighter. We would absolutely stay in this home again. Thanks Lucy!

This home is super cozy! Decorated so nicely. The hostess is so very generous with little snacks and candies. The home is very clean and did I say comfy?! Lucy was great to work with, this was my 2nd time using VBRO so had many questions. Lucy answered almost immediately. I will highly recommend this home to others.

Lovely stay!

Lucy was so easy and quick to communicate with. There was obviously so much thought that has gone into this cute house. We have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with food and snacks. So appreciated! The beds were very comfy and everything was so clean! Lucy even let us stay longer past checkout time so our three-year-old could take a nap before the monster truck show. We are looking for excuses to go back to Moline just to stay at Lucy‘s house.
