From the Tarpon Treehouse, you can bike or drive to two local beaches, Fred Howard Park/Beach (1.2 miles from house) and Sunset Beach Park (Less than a mile). Both are local favorites, perfect for a restful day in the sun and wonderful for families to experience the calm, clear water and plentiful wildlife. These two destinations feature white sandy beaches, uncrowded swim areas, recreational facilities, and spectacular sunsets. Watch nesting ospreys and eagles as they fish for food in the surrounding waters or dolphins, and occasionally manatees, enjoying the calm gulf water.
