Living room with 70" HD Smart Firestick TV, cable, high speed internet, a second living room leading to screened in inground pool, 55" HD Smart Firestick TV and table for gathering, eating or family games. The home is protected by a state of the art Vivint security system with integrated smart devices, Amazon Echo and Nest thermostat, all voice controlled. Amazon music unlimited is provided for your listening pleasure. More importantly, safety has not been overlooked. CO/Smoke detectors are interconnected throughout the home. First aid kit and fire extinguishers have been placed in designated areas.

We have been married for 40 years and have recently moved from Connecticut to Florida to be with family, enjoy the awesome weather and start our Short Term Rental business. We enjoy all things nautical. Boating, fishing and scuba diving. Florida is perfect for us!...but more than all that, God and family are the most important to us.
Why they chose this property
We tried to create a comfortable, luxurious, safe and efficient space for people and families to gather and spend time together. The property is located in the heart of Spring Hill where there are numerous activities, restaurants and shopping places. There is something for everyone nearby. From fishing, boating, water sports, botanical gardens, shooting, golfing, theater...only 45 minutes to Tampa nightlife and sporting events, 1.75 hours to Orlando! We are known as the Nature Coast, quiet and natural, away from the hussle and bussle, but close enough to satisfy everyone.
What makes this property unique
There is a dedicated office space equipped with a large desk, double monitors, laptop docking station, wireless inkjet all-in-one printer/scanner, document shredder and office supplies to comfortably work from `home'. If you work from home, why not do so while enjoying the fantastic Florida weather! Oh, I almost forgot. High Speed, wireless internet is provided, free of charge. An Orbi (Netgear) mesh router is in place so up to ten users can be online with no slowdown of internet speed.
