Nice stay.
The house was nice and clean. The only real problem was the propane tank for the grill was empty so the first night we had to use a flat top grill that we had luckily brought with us. We had to exchange and pay for a full tank in Lead. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, very peaceful and plenty of room for our group of 14.

Great family vacation rental!
We had a great stay at Rusted Ridge. The cabin is perfect for multiple families and we appreciated HOSPITIUM’s customer service!
Over all the property has good potential for visitors. The property was not very clean. All the appliances needed cleaning attention. All the bedrooms lacked the clean feel for the bedding, pillows, blankets, bed shams. During our week stay there was not enough toiletries products. The bath room showers provided large used bottles of body products. Should have smaller bottles like hotels that can be discarded after use. The master bath door rubbed on the floor and could not be opened all the way. The kitchen sliding door lock was broken along with the screen door torn by the handle. This door could not be locked, but it was located on the upper deck so we felt that it was reasonably save during our stay. The living room furniture had pet hair all over and we used extra bed sheets to cover them during our stay. There was a pet leash attached to the front entrance porch when we got there. The lower deck where the hot tub is located should have some type of railing for safety reasons. We were very concerned about someone falling down the steep slope when getting into or getting out of the hot tub. All the T/V's were hard to operate. The hosts from "Hospitium Booking" were great and helped us when ever we contacted them. Thank you Sidney.
A group of friends stayed here for the weekend so we could attend an event at Terry Peak & had a great experience. We loved the open concept of dining, living & kitchen. The large deck with a grill were great to hang out & cook meals on. We had a few kiddos, so the numerous bedrooms & one attached bathroom to the master accommodated all of our needs perfectly. We would stay here again!
We had a great time, house was perfect size! Exactly what we needed for our group of 20. The kids set up air mattresses in loft area!! Hot tub was a bonus! Loved the large deck to sit on in the evening! Thank you for opening your home to us!!
Great place! We couldn’t get the tv to work due to internet issues and we should have brought a baby gate as my 14 month granddaughter loved the stairs, but otherwise it was a great house and had everything we needed. One addition to the kitchen would be adding an electric skillet otherwise there were plenty of kitchen utensils!
This was a lovely cabin. It was very clean and the cupboards, fridge, and pantry were well-stocked! We were celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday and this was a good space for us. The best feature was the deck on the back. We spent a great deal of time visiting, eating, game playing and relaxing in that spot. The hammock was a favorite of the younger kids. The only items we needed more of for our group were washcloths and hand towels in the bathrooms (maybe we didn’t look in the right places) and coffee cups. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay so very much. The house was perfect for us. Only thing was not as many beds as advertized. But there was plenty of air mattresses and bedding to more then handle everyone. Very well stocked there is everything you could think of or even wouldn’t think of there. We would have never had to pack nearly as much stuff as we did. We had the best family time ever. Very private. My favorite parts were the kitchen and the deck. We were so busy enjoying I don’t think anyone even watched any tv. Would very much do this again. Highly recommend to plan a stay here. Host was great to work with and very quick to answer ant questions. Thank you very much.

Great Family Stay
Rusted Ridge was a great, spacious cabin for our family. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable and provided plenty of room for our large group. Also, having 3.5 bathrooms was very nice! We loved eating out on the deck and enjoying the view. The hot tub was a fun bonus. Parking was a little challenging and we would have appreciated another fridge for food with a group of 15 but other than that, we highly recommend Rusted Ridge!
This cabin has the perfect layout for a large group! We had a family get away with kids from 10 months to 22 years old and everyone had enough space! Chase was super quick to reply to all of our questions! The only issue we had was some of the air mattresses did not hold air, but the kids didn't complain! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!
We had a group of ten, this property fit our needs for 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.

Big beautiful home with modern updates! Loved the deck, just wished there was a yard to play on. Garbage service was needed, (bins full when we arrived).

Beautiful place
The property was beautiful but driving to sites took longer than posted. Provided a lots of extras- that was nice.
Some changes to make better: New sheets for some of beds; shades in bedrooms; downstairs bedroom did not have lamps by bed; directions for hot tub (had to add water to make it work and no chemicals were in floater to maintain good water quality); washing machine smells. I wiped off some mold on door; lights need to be checked and bulbs replaced.
Thanks for nice stay.
