No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not permitted at the Cozy Coop. We have chickens on the property, and pets pose a safety risk to them.

Unregistered Pets & Damage:
Any undisclosed pets will result in a $200 fee. Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning, and violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

Occupancy:
Maximum of 2 adults (children under 12 are not counted as adults).

Parking:
Maximum of 2 vehicles parked on the street for stays over 24 hours. Park directly in front of the property, following traffic flow. No parking on grass or other permeable surfaces.

🗑️ Trash & Plumbing

Trash:
Trash pickup is Friday morning. Please place trash in the patio bin on Thursday evening.

Grease Disposal:
Do not pour grease or oils down the drain. Allow grease to cool and dispose of it in the trash.

Toilets:
Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or any other items.

🚭 Smoking

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

🔥 Grill Use (Charcoal Only)
Charcoal only — no propane or other fuels. Grill must never be left unattended. Grill may be used in the side or front yard only. Keep the grill at least 10 feet from the house or any structures. Clean the grill after each use.

Failure to follow grill rules may result in damage fees or loss of grilling privileges.
