When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles. We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Let's start with a beautiful game room with Arcade games, a multi-use table with pool, air hockey, foosball, and several board games...also a special area for your movie or gaming pleasure...all completely air-conditioned! Let's step outside to our covered Lanai offering outdoor dining and an outdoor fan with a few lounge chairs and a propane barbecue grill. Inside you will find beautifully decorated themed rooms and lots of space for the entire family...including a fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals. But wait...there's more! The Resort offers all the amenities that you can imagine...including a lazy river, water park, miniature golf, clubhouse restaurant and bars, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, game arcade, family cabanas, and children's play area to name a few...Too much to list....you will not be bored vacationing with us!

Sip morning coffee by the shimmering pool as palm trees sway in the soft Florida breeze. Spend sun-drenched afternoons relaxing beneath the covered lanai or enjoying a friendly game in the air-conditioned game room. As evening falls, gather by the spa’s gentle bubbles or share a family meal under the warm glow of the patio lights. This villa offers a perfect balance of comfort, space, and entertainment, just minutes from Orlando’s most beloved parks and attractions.

Sleeping arrangements
Five inviting bedrooms provide restful retreats for up to twelve guests. The first-floor master suite overlooks the pool and spa area, featuring a king bed, private bath with bidet, separate shower and tub, and sliding doors to the lanai. A second master upstairs also includes a king bed, ensuite with bidet and shower, and pool views. Bedroom three has a king bed and ensuite shower, bedroom four includes a queen bed and ensuite bath, and bedroom five offers two twin beds with an ensuite shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath for privacy.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, island seating for four, and a dining area for six. You’ll find everything needed to prepare family favorites or enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. If something is missing, it can be provided upon request.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room invites both kids and adults to unwind with arcade games, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a 65-inch Roku TV. Throughout the home, additional Roku and HDTVs provide access to streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hulu.

Outdoor living
Step onto the covered lanai for alfresco dining or enjoy the private pool and spa, available year-round with optional heating. The area includes outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and views of the garden. Families will appreciate the outdoor playground, children’s playroom, and safety features such as baby gates and a crib.

Comfort & convenience
The home includes free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. Essentials such as towels, linens, and bathroom amenities are provided. Safety features include a Ring doorbell camera at the entry, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

Located in Davenport, the villa is close to golf courses, restaurants, and popular attractions: 15 minutes to Disney, about 25 minutes to Universal, and within easy reach of shopping and local wineries. Whether exploring nearby parks or relaxing at home, this pet-friendly villa offers comfort, entertainment, and space for every guest to enjoy.
