We have a laundry room onsite & are walking distance to Starbucks, grocery markets & food trucks. We are also close to shopping, dining and Hospitals.

The space
Our space has been completely remodeled & updated to accommodate our guests.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed large window and black out curtains.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Sliding doors that leads to a small private patio space and black out curtains. This room also offers a desk with office chair.

Ceiling fans/lights/ AC & heat are available in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. All rooms have black out curtains for guests needing to a dark space to sleep.

The bathroom has been fully remolded with a tub/shower combo. We provide towels, wash rags, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled and offers a full-size refrigerator & freezer. Also available is a gas stove & oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, & coffee, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices & more. We do not have a dishwasher but provide sponges & dish soap for guests.

Our Livingroom is nice & cozy set up with a couch/rug/lamp & smart TV. We offer free Wi-Fi & other essentials.

Your hosts provide an assortment of items including coffee for the Keurig coffee maker, teas, salt/pepper, spices, oil, bath towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash.

Laundry room on site coin operated.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire private two-bedroom apartment booked through platform. Guests also have access to the communal laundry room where coin operated washer/dryers are located.

Other things to note:
Please note that you are booking a fully furnished apartment. Carport parking is first come first serve. We do not have a dishwasher in this unit. We ask that guests handwash dishes prior to departure.
