Perfect house that’s located in the heart of Indy!

Located in the Broad Ripple area which offers fabulous walking trails and a nice dining experience. Enjoy the local restaurants and craft beers. Newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen beds on main floor as well as one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed in basement with an attached family room. TVs located in sunroom, main living room, family room downstairs, and downstairs bedroom. The central location of the house makes it easy to be downtown within 15 minutes, or up at Keystone at the Crossing within 10 minutes. You are still in close proximity to Mass Ave and Fountain Square. Or you can head North to Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, or Noblesville! The house is a great place to stay if you are exploring many facets of Indy and surrounding areas.

This property was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and close to Butler University’s campus. We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation and it was perfect. Kim is an excellent host and communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our whirlwind "thrift trip". It is close to the stores we wanted to visit and close to town. The beds were SO cozy, the living spaces were SO cozy and since it was cold, the backyard space was good for a few minutes of picture taking to remember the trip. THANK YOU so much!

We love being in neighborhoods in which you can walk to dinner. We also like being close to Downtown, Caramel, Westfield, Fishers, and Noblesville. We hope you enjoy the area as well!

What makes this property unique

You are right in the heart of Indy! You can travel north or south of Indy within 30 minutes. However, if you decide to enjoy the house then please make sure to enjoy the backyard area. The koi pond and fountain are very relaxing!
