Our family friendly home is a little gem within easy reach of the Attractions and Theme Parks. Located at Festival. A bright and airy 4 bed, 4 bath home. Open plan living, with family room, full kitchen, and formal dining table that seats 6. Breakfast bar seating 4.
Stainless steel appliances, American style refrigerator, dishwasher, stainless steel oven with stove top. Utility room with full washer & dryer.
Family room with wide screen tv. Sliding patio doors that open up fully onto the pool deck and pool.
King Master Bedroom, with flat screen Tv, ensuite bathroom comprising of walk-in shower, 'his' & 'her' double vanity, toilet and single vanity.
Loft tv area, and playroom.
Guest King Bedroom, flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom comprising combo tub/shower, double vanity and toilet.
Twin Bedroom - Frozen themed with bunk bed and 1 twin bed (single), ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity & toilet, Sleeps 3.
Twin Bedroom - Mickey mouse themed with bunk bed and 1 twin bed (single), Sleeps 3. Family Bathroom, with a combo tub/shower, single vanity and wc.
Lanai with Patio furniture for Alfresco dining, sunbeds for relaxing in the Florida sun. Pool for a refreshing dip after a long day at the attractions. (Rental includes pool heat).

Clean and comforable
We have a great stay at this property! It was clean and had all the things we needed. It is a short drive to the Disney parks, but also great for the days we wanted to rest and chill. The owner promptly responded to all our questions and concerns. There was plenty of room for our two families to stretch out, so we weren't on top of each other. I would stay here again.

Great for a family with small kids!
This home worked great for our family getaway! We had plenty of space and close proximity to theme parks & attractions. Our small kids (3 and 6 years) loved the private pool and they had a blast going to the larger community pool, splash pad, and mini-golf course. We would love to stay here again!

Fabulous Property
This property is more than I expected. Upon our arrival it was easy to locate and check in. The inside is decorated so nicely. Very comfy and inviting. The kitchen and house in general is fully equipped with all the amenities. The pool is heated and well maintained. Communication with the property was amazing. They responded quickly whenever we reached out. They were very informative about places to eat for Valentine’s Day and included contact info. Only thing we didn’t bother with was a BBQ as it was coal and we were not sure how to use it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others !
