The Space:
This is the perfect family vacation home for your getaway to the vacation capital of the world! This modern townhome is located in Windsor Island Resort, a beautiful gated community with a 24-hour front desk and security, and situated around a large, tranquil lake with a variety of on-site amenities. Head to the clubhouse to find the resort-style pool, fitness center, sports courts, kid’s splash park, playground, and more! Windsor Island is also near all the major attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Plus, conveniently near several shopping centers, outlet malls, restaurants, and golf.

The nearest airport to the property inside Windsor Island Resort Community is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is approximately 27 miles away. The other airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is approximately 76 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to climb stairs.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge and soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated, especially after 10 pm, in respect of neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after the stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay if identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. We will provide all necessary access codes before your arrival.
