Temporary Housing

Our client was displaced from their home due to an insurance claim and were not able to live in their home during repairs. Because of some special needs a home was needed while they were displaced. This property fit their needs perfectly. The host was super easy to work with and communicated very well during their stay. Our client had no complaints throughout their stay which makes their displacement much easier. We would highly recommend this location for your next trip.

Great neighborhood well appointed house

Property was in a good neighborhood with close access to the interstate. Well furnished and the layout is terrific. House was very dirty. Floors had not been swept in a long time. Showers and bathroom floor were dirty and have not been mopped in some time. Parking was ok. Two car garage that will fit smaller cars. A full size vehicle will not fit. There is some parking on the street but very limited. The house is in a newer neighborhood. Good restaurants near by. If you have questions about the property call the phone number. If you email you are told they will contact the local property manager but no one ever gets back with you.

Nashville family visit

Very convenient spot for our family since we have a daughter living in the Charlotte Park area. We did, however, have great difficulty getting the digital lock on front door to work and felt that someone should have had a picture of lock and clear instructions as to use. The representative over the phone had no idea how to help and was defensive instead of helpful.
