Great short term property.

Clean and conveniently close to downtown. The building is next to the expressway so you hear the noise from the vehicles. There was no washer or dryer in the unit.

We walked downtown, took about 20 minutes. We parked on the street right out front for free and there were always spots available. Condo was clean and yes noisy but we never used ear plugs. They had sound machines and weirdly enough after the first night we all got used to it. Super clean place. We’d stay here again.

Perfect for small group

Great place to stay and it’s close to broadway. Some maintenance issues that was noticed but nothing to be too worried about. We had problems with the fridge but they were quick to reply and got the problem solved. The place could use a little remodel but it was very clean. we loved staying there. Plus as 3 girls staying by ourselves, we felt very safe with the security guard at the front and the building is always locked. Just need the code to get in.

Clean and comfortable. Unit was spacious and modern and everything we needed was provided. I felt very safe. Cheap Uber rides can get you downtown quickly. I would stay here again. My only complaints are the interstate noise and the thin walls/ceiling. We could hear footsteps above us and music from the unit next door. The interstate noise is quite loud, but the unit provides a sound machine next to each bed.

Great Rental, But Car Break-Ins Were a Major Issue

We really enjoyed the rental itself – it was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities we needed. The space was comfortable and it was easy to get around the area on foot. However, we had a serious issue with car safety during our stay. On the first night, we parked on the street as suggested and woke up to find our car window smashed. We had it repaired the next morning and opted to use the Muse paid garage parking, assuming it would be more secure. Unfortunately, the second night brought the same result – another smashed window, this time in a paid garage. It was extremely frustrating and expensive to have to deal with two broken car windows in just 24 hours. While the property itself was great, we would strongly advise future guests not to bring a car, as the area clearly has some safety concerns when it comes to vehicle break-ins.
