One party can rent the villa only or the villa plus apartment at additional cost.

Completed in 2012 Hillside is situated in the exclusive Turtle Beach Estates on the South East Peninsula of St Kitts.

A luxury home from home, Hillside offers all the benefits of luxury villa living. Hillside features a stunning private 60 ft infinity edge swimming pool. A huge 30 ft fully folding nana window brings the panoramic views inside into the 60 ft cathedral ceilings in the main living area. This is ultra cool Caribbean luxury!

Dining is accommodated inside and outside. Off the pool a covered outside living area offers shade and seats 8/12. Enjoy cooling island breezes as you kick back and relax, letting our experienced island staff take care of your every need.

The indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas. The 12 seat dining table off the kitchen enables your whole party to get together and enjoy quality time together whilst enjoying amazing panoramic sunsets.

A separate TV room and a separate pool room offer relaxing times and fun. Hi-End stereo equipment with an extensive music library is installed for music.

There is lots to do near Hillside: walk the rarely occupied Turtle Beach [yes turtles still nest here]; visit the best beach restaurants on the island , Reggae beach bar is a short walk/drive away for awesome cocktails and lunches; Spice Mill serves the best stone baked pizzas a 5 min stroll down Cockleshell Bay; watersports and deep sea fishing can be organised through Gary at Reggae Beach Bar. Golf is available at special guest rates $75/round at the exceptional Royal St Kitts Golf Club. The 18 hole championship course is an amazing golfing experience. Or you can just chill, read books, sunbathe and drink fine rum punch... the choice is yours.

Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Basseterre.

Frigate bay is about a 15 min drive, with plentiful bars and a variety of restaurants or venture further north, to Basseterre, for some authentic local flavour and freshly caught fish.
