Our family had the best vacation in this beautiful unit with stunning views! We have been coming to Brockway Springs for many years, and this is our favorite unit by far. The unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The lake views are incredible, and there is easy access to the lawn and pool. We hope to be back here next year. Thank you, Ronetta!

This was the perfect place for our small family reunion- great views of the lake, walkable to Kings Beach and town, and a really delightful pool that is right on the lake shore (so you can go back and forth between the two). Would happily stay here again.

Our stay on the lake was the perfect view! The grounds are beautiful, the pool and dock are resort grade and the propery is quiet, clean and spacious. The access to the water from the unit is a little dangerous, with an old set of stairs and boulders down. We spoke to a neighbor about how they are working to have that access addressed. The walk to the pool is about 10 to 15 min (with a few hills) and we recommend bringing a wagon to haul your necessities and snacks. We dined each night on the patio and loved the views. Thanks Ronetta, for being super responsive.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! To clarify for future guests, this weekend I had the chance to measure the distance from the condo to the pool and it is .25 miles. There is a short hill from the condo up to the sidewalk that goes to the pool and again from the sidewalk down to the pool. For further reference regarding the size of the hill, in the picture of the pool/clubhouse, there is a house behind the pool. The sidewalk is in front of that house. There is a loading/unloading area at the pool, so guests can drive to drop off supplies. There are also handicap parking spots at the pool.

Perfect family vacation home

Just a fantastic location for our family to spend a week together. Beautiful lake view, easy access to unload and load your stuff, and a great pool when you are not in the mood to go to the beach. This is our second stay here and we hope to come back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location with the beautiful view of the lake, the heated pool, pickle ball courts, BBQ, kitchen was well equipped, and it was a very comfortable townhome. We stayed the week with our son, daughter-in law and two grandkids. Great family time.

Great location, great condo

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It has amazing views of the lake, and easy access to the water and property amenities. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the beach too. My family had a great time in Kings Beach, thanks again!
