Property was just as described. It was just the 2 of us staying but really wanted that view so it was worth it, more house and room than we needed. Everything was provided we required, the steam option in master bath and Nespresso machine were the cherry on top. Very clean property and felt safe. Thank you!

The view of the lake couldn’t have been much better from the back deck. Having the lake just a few steps off the deck was a dream. Loved the steam room feature in the master bath. The comforter and bed were very cozy in the master bedroom. The pool and sauna and dock were great additions as well. I’d 100/% come back.

This unit at Brockway Springs Resort was perfect for our family of 5 vacation! Gorgeous location, right on the shore of the lake, with two decks to sit and relax from. The interior of the house is nice, with a very comfortable living room and dining area and a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Beds are comfortable as well, and bathrooms have towels and bathing products. The resort also has tennis courts and a beautiful pool that sits right above the lake with stunning views. The location is convenient for walking to the town of Kings beach, and it’s a quick drive to Incline Village and not far from Sand Harbor State Park. The only small issue was verifying my identity to the rental company- seemed a bit of an invasion of privacy to require a digital picture of my face profile in order to make sure no one was using my license? Nevertheless, we will rent here again- it is great!!

Lake Tahoe in all its glory

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Great stay- awesome location!

Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a minor issue and we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!
