Laundry on premises. Breath in the salty air while you unwind on the front porch or back patio. Stroll in the tropical garden frequented by birds and butterflies. Centrally located, so you can access the museums, theaters, beach sunset, world class dining and shopping in Sarasota Downtown, all within minutes! Our spacious and comfortable home is the perfect place to relax and chill after a long day of exploring Sarasota.

You will have 1100 sqft to yourself. It has a private front porch with a bistro set that you can sit and read, unwind, or watch the wildlife in the front yard. There is a cottage suite on the premises that is also being rented. Please contact us if you want to rent both!

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a high-quality queen-size Simmons Beautyrest® Select Hybrid bed. Bedroom 2 has two full beds, a ceiling fan and a 43" flat screen Smart HDTV. The double door closet space has hangers and provides plenty of storage. You will find extra towels and bedding there too. We put the best quality linens on the beds so you will be pampered and have a good night's sleep.

The bathroom vanity has granite countertop and a large mirror. We provide basic toiletry products such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper. You can find a hairdryer, a health scale, a first aid kit in the linen closet next to the bathroom.

★ Backyard
The luscious backyard offers plenty of relaxation options. A four-burner gas grill is provided for barbecuing and meat smoking.

★ Laundry room
The laundry room is additional 200 sqft that is shared with guests in the cottage suite. Laundry supplies are provided for your convenience. It also dubs as a mini gym and an office, where you can find yoga mats, exercise balls, and free weights.
