The place was immaculate and exactly as shown. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely try to stay here again when I'm in Austin next. There's plenty of great Austin businesses within walking distance of the property and the neighborhood is a great place to just take a walk and explore this old Austin neighborhood.

Hi, I'm Christina and I LOVE hosting! I love it so much I started a company, Slumber ATX, a boutique short term rental management company in Austin, TX. After hosting this little space I fell in love and decided to do it on a larger scale. My husband, Igor works in IT security at a local bank. We're a family with two young kids and a sweet orange kitty. You may hear them having fun when you stay with us.

We've lived in Allandale for over 13 years and love it here. It's a wonderful neighborhood full of delicious local restaurants and small businesses. We hope you enjoy your stay and let us know if you need anything or have questions about Austin.

Why they chose this property

We added this space as an extension of our home, you'll enjoy high end finishes like custom cabinetry, stainless steel full size appliances, washer, dryer, full size bathroom with a deep soaking tub and amazing shower pressure. The apartment is heated and cooled with a separate HVAC system, so you have control of the thermostat. TV has live tv with Youtube TV and also Netflix, HBO and Prime TV. Fresh coffee beans, tea, filtered and sparkling water is provided. I love to decorate so there's a mix of antiques, vintage and hand woven rugs. I'm also very particular about providing an immaculately clean space so you feel right at home!
