Great Place to Stay!

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable casita with close parking & great amenities. We liked that it was level (no stairs) throughout with a big walk-in shower - we are older people so that was convenient. Owner communication was excellent - we would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place!

Virginia's guest house was so cute and charming! It was a perfect place to stay for me and my dog. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend. It was a great location and central to everything we needed and was so cute and clean.

Austin weekend

Great location, close to restaurants and coffee shop. Easy drive to hiking trails and downtown. Very clean and comfortable! Virginia was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. Very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

A nice bit of respite

We had sold our house in Austin and needed a place to stay for a few days while moving out. Virginia was extremely accommodating and couldn’t be nicer. The casita is very well appointed and well located.

Loved this great property!

We were in Austin for our daughter’s graduation and this was the perfect place! Great location in darling neighborhood….easy to get everywhere we needed to go and so many cool spots for coffee, food, shopping, parks nearby. The Casita is so clean and well-appointed….had everything we could possibly need (and more!) We will definitely look to stay here for other trips to ATX.

The Perfect Casita

Virginia made our stay seamless and very welcoming! The little casita is located in perfect walking distance to local little bakeries, ATX eats, and a coffee shop with some yummy breakfast tacos!! Our pups were also welcome to the casita!! They enjoyed the yard and the park down the street was a major bonus for them! The casita was the most tidy very well kept space we’ve stayed in ATX! We will definitely be back for another cozy stay!

Perfect Austin Casita

Was the perfect weekend in Austin with my pup!! House was clean and private and safe and perfect yard for my pup to relax!! I enjoyed the location and parking was easy. Close to UT and shopping and great food. Can’t recommend enough!

Southern hospital

This is our second stay at the casita in Austin. Virginia is a perfect hostess, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely stay with her whenever we are in Austin! The quiet neighborhood and the proximity to downtown, silkier park, lady bird lake make it an ideal location! Thank you Virginia!

Austin girls getaway

We had the best time! Virginia gave us recommendations for places to go in Austin as we had never been. She went above and beyond as a host. The casita itself was just the cutest and most quaint space. Perfect for two friends getting away for a weekend. Easily accessible, quick uber rides, and also within walking distance of plenty of awesomeness!

Cozy and quaint accomodations within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants. One of the best upscale grocery markets we've ever experienced within walking distance. An extra bonus......the Casita was decorated with Christmas lights:-) A 3 mile drive from UT Austin and all the atractractions. A great walking traing trail and park just down the road. Would stay again

Beautiful Gem in a perfect location!

My wife and I had a weekend getaway and booked Virginia's property on Rosedale. The location was in a great neighborhood and the back house was in excellent condition and one of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever booked! It was a perfect size for the 2 of us and our goldendoodle! The fenced in backyard that's available to the guests is a perfect place to relax and enjoy for us 2 legged and 4 legged guests! Great communication from Virginia about surrounding restaurants and the proximity to the UT campus and downtown is excellent! We will certainly be back!
