Newly renovated home in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The deck in back has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Perfect place to stay for a RO3 cycling weekend in the Bentonville / Bella Vista area. The elevated deck in the trees is amazing. Bike-in/bike-out access to the Back 40 and a quick drive to downtown B-ville.

Wonderful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay, using the home as a base for mountain biking. Easy access to the Back 40 from the property, and easy access to 71 for short drives to other trails in the region. The home is beautifully updated, clean, and has all the basic necessities included. The rear deck is an added bonus, overlooking the forest. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation stay

This property was perfect for my daughters graduation! The space was cute and cozy. Our 4 year old had a blast in the back yard and enjoyed having his own little bedroom. Close to all the things we wanted to do and spacious enough to have a dinner for our family.

Amazing Patio

The home is in great shape and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our dogs. I was able to bike right onto the Back 40, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but the best part was relaxing on the patio. I would stay again and recommend The Greywood to my friends and family.

Did not disappoint!

We were in town for a family function and The GreyWood was our home base for the duration of our visit. I believe this was best equipped rental property we have stayed in! Wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t there. Home is lovely! We will be booking this again in the future!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. The host thinks of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The location is beautiful and is so peaceful backing up to the ozark trail yet close to bentoville to enjoy what the town offers. We will be back again. Thanks Ben!

Fantastic experience

My husband requested a pretty place to hike for his bday. I found The Greywood and am so glad I did. The house was immaculately clean and we could get to the trail from the backyard. Ben had given me some suggestions on where to hike. So the next d ay we hit two of those trails. Everything about our stay was fun. Ben was a great and helpful host. I highly recommend!

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect! Great location and super cute! It is tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities—and many more! It was very well stocked. We loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the local grocery store, but it had the feeling of being further out when we sat on the large deck overlooking the woods. It felt very private. And, the beds were so comfortable which was a huge bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. I will be staying here again anytime I visit Bella Vista!

GreyWood

Really awesome experience with both the house and the host. We stayed here last year and will do so again next year. The house is immaculate and a lovely space. There is a feeder trail to the back 40. Somebody put a sign on the trail (16) so you know where to go back up. Ben is super responsive both before and during stays. The only tip I have, because there was a moment of panic when I arrived after midnight- touch the touchscreen lock with your whole hand to wake it up. I tapped and tapped with no dice.
