If you’re looking for something that’s outside of town a bit this is a good spot. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet.

Perfect size for a small pre-holiday family getaway. Close to trails, great WiFi and fast responses from host when we had questions about accessibility for older adults with mobility concerns.

Nice place in a great location.

Great place right next to some cool MTB trails and less than a mile hike to Tanyard waterfall, which is beautiful. Also a great location to drive into Bentonville for those awesome amenities. Great deck and a wonderful hot tub plus some amazing swing chairs with a great view. We loved it.
