Family Friendly! Great 4 season cottage on 2400+ acre Lake Nokomis, located in a large bay off the big water. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 134 feet of frontage with access to one side of the private dock. 2 of the 3 bedrooms open to a lakeside deck, also enjoy lake views from the covered patio. Large lot, gas grill, and patio furniture to sit and relax. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry also available. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer and vehicles. Close to restaurants, bars, and the Windmill ice cream shop.
No pets allowed and no bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed. Price is for 8 guests; cottage could accommodate up to 10 guests total for an additional fee.

We are a family from central Wisconsin who have been coming up to Lake Nokomis for many years. We purchased the property in 2013 and have been enjoying it ever since! We enjoy fishing, watersports, the sandbars, and meeting up with friends on the lake. We hope you enjoy the property and surrounding areas as much as we do and hope you love your stay at our cottage.
