Sweetwater Lift Lodge is a Resort at the base of Park City Mountain. This stay is Fri-Fri and is a 3-br, 2-bth duplex unit. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining table, a drop down murphy bed (Queen) and 2-brs (Queen bedroom and a twin bunk room with sleeping for 4). The 3rd bedroom w private bath, is up a narrow spiral staircase and probably unsuitable for the elderly, disabled or very young. In a tight situation there are enough beds for 10 people (6 on the queens and 4 in the bunks).

The resort has a heated pool (recently updated with a glass enclosure), sauna and 15-person hot-tub. There is a game room with billiard table, ping pong and air hockey. Family movie nights in the rec room, and apres-ski wine/cheese and margarita nights for the adults. There are 2 outdoor grills for community use. Front desk is staffed 24/7.

While the rooms are dated, the beds are comfortable and the resort management does a great job keeping the place clean and tidy. The best part is the location. The lifts are a 5-min walk from the room in ski boots and all different levels of terrain are accessible from the base of Park City Mountain. There are a couple family restaurants and apres-ski bars at the base village. When you want to explore Old Town with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife, that is a short 10-min walk away and a $15+ taxi/uber ride back home.

You will be checking into Unit #49 at Sweetwater Lift Lodge @ 1255 Empire Avenue. Your name has been provided to the resort’s front desk, you may send additional names if someone else is checking-in.
Unit #49 is situated on Lowell Avenue, on the opposite side of the resort from the main check-in desk. For convenience, I recommend bringing your luggage directly to Unit #49 prior to check-in.
Once checked in, please ask the front desk staff about complimentary resort promotional events scheduled during your stay. If there is anything you need please don’t hesitate to call me 646-244-7044

Great Location

No complaints. Staff at the resort/lodge were very helpful bringing our bags to the room when we arrived. Literally a short walk to the lifts. Murphy bed was actually very comfy. Great place would stay there again. Owner is very responsive as well and answered all our questions and gave great suggestions.
