We had a great stay at this house in Park City. It is roomy and has nice amenities. Close to bike trails and Jordanelle State Park. Close access to I-80. Will stay here again.

Thanks!!! Jason and his group were spectacular guests. They were kind, clean, and followed all of the rules
Our stay was perfect! We stayed back in March 2023 for St. Patricks day. It was a family get together. We had 13 adults. We had cooking, watching movies, playing games, and using the hot tub. The location was great for us. The host was beyond fair and very responsive. Very grateful for how clean the house was as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone.
We had an amazing time at the property, it was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures & video.
Derek was AMAZING at communication and so friendly. Check-in was easy and all the information we need was easy to access.
The house has a prefect amount of fun and we really enjoyed playing card games at the table as a group. As a group of college athletes, college coaches, and generally athletic people, the running trails around the neighborhood were just an additional bonus.
10/10 would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious, lots of space to hang out and visit with family. We had such an fun time playing pool, arcades, hot tubbing and doing s’mores on the fire pit. Our teenagers absolutely loved it!! So much to do! The personalized ski chairs on the back patio were so cool! Very close to bike trails and ski resorts. 5 stars!!! We will definitely be back! Derek was a great host, very responsive, made checking in easy!

Why they chose this property
We love the access to world class winter, summer, fall, and spring sports as well as an amazing town with fantastic restaurants and activities to do. Great access to an international airport - close to the freeway. 4 lakes within a half hour and right in the backyard of the Uintah Mountains, a great place to get out in a true frontier with very few people. Also, it's set up great for a large group or a couple of families or a few couples. Plenty of entertainment onsite as well! Access to free shuttle services to ski resorts within a block of the property.
What makes this property unique
Great for groups and also a perfect place to work remotely or handle "workation" needs from our 3 workstations complete with large computer monitors, keyboard/mouse and docking station with USB-C or HDMI. Also a great space to host intimate executive retreats with ample access to present and brainstorm ideas.
