Just steps away from El Supermercado Nacional, you'll have easy access to purchase your groceries and essentials. The house is also located just a short drive away from the bustling city center, where you can experience the nightlife and cultural scene. Plus, you're only 20 minutes away from Las Americas Airport (depending on traffic) and just 30 minutes away from the beautiful Playa Boca Chica beach, where you can enjoy the sun and the Caribbean Sea.

For groups of 2 or less we offer a more competitive rate by preparing the master bedroom and closing off the unused rooms, giving you the whole house to yourself. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, internet, and cable TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and white linens.

The house is equipped with security cameras on the exterior, please respect the rules and don't have any guests over that are not registered. Additional guests will be charged extra.
