Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This luxurious condo can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features 3 bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops and African Mahogany cabinets.

**As of 4/21/25, there's a new dishwasher.**

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine outdoors.

This wonderful home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center with a Starbucks, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, and an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and more restaurants. Kapaa town boasts the largest selection of eateries on the island.

G306 is perfectly located to enjoy a quiet ocean view, away from any potential noise from the pool area. Yet only a short walk to the pool. The unit and the grounds were well maintained. Kitchen appliances are updated. Bathrooms are very nice. Large living area to enjoy with family. Overall the location of this resort is perfect here on the east side of Kauai, making trips to either North or South shores a short drive. HIGHLY recommend G306!

Perfect location with a view

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious with beautiful views. The layout with multiple bathrooms was great! Very clean. Kids loved the pool, slides and hot tubs. Central location makes it easy to explore both the north and south sides of the island. It was truly perfect.

This beautiful condo with amazing views was very clean and functional and nicely decorated and equipped. The restaurant on-site, although expensive, has good food and there's a Safeway just across the street to stock up on groceries.

We had a fabulous stay! Location was amazing...listening to the ocean at night and watching the sunrise every morning. Condo was well stocked from kitchen to beach toys. Everything was clean and understandable with expectations.

Appreciated having a couple beach chairs we could take with us if needed as well as a boogie board. Beach area was beautiful and loved having chairs or loungers available. Only negative would be all the furniture was pretty uncomfortable. Not horrible but would have loved to have some chairs outside that were more comfortable to relax. The sofa, chair and even the beds were not comfortable. Again, not horrible and it would not keep me from renting again but I would say renters would appreciate it if there were some more comfortable places to sit and sleep.Overall, it is a beautiful condo at a great location with beautiful views and amenities!

Beautiful view and condo

Absolute beautiful location and the ocean and beach view is perfect! We had our 13 yr old daughter with us and having the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect to give us all space. Location is great (half way between north and south shores) and having the Safeway grocery store across the stress was so helpful! The pool and water slides were a big hit for all of us! Highly recommend and I will stay here again when coming back to Kauai.

Amazing location!

The condo was just as described in the listing. The beach was perfect! I thought the 4th of July week would be hectic but the whole place was quiet and peaceful. The location was great as well. Safeway across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We booked our excursions ahead of time and did not use the concierge service. If we ever return to Kauai, we would stay here again.

First trip to Kauai

We chose this ocean front unit (and paid a premium price for that feature) to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Upon arrival there were several maintenance issues that we immediately noticed. Our primary concern was the ripped/torn screen door in the master bedroom. We wanted an ocean front unit so that we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night and have the cool sea breeze blowing into our room. The lack of a functioning screen door took that feature completely away. We immediately left a voice message for the management company (REMAX) and when they called back were informed that they knew about the screen door issue, but there was nothing that could be done about it due to a lack of supplies/labor on the island. Replacing the screen in a screen door is a pretty simple process and I’m not happy that we couldn’t have an open screen door the the entire week we were here. We followed up with a text message to the management company after a couple of days and never received a reply. In addition to the torn screen door in the master bedroom, the entire screen door from the living room to the lanai was out of the frame and propped up against a wall on the lanai. We never could get floor and table lamps in the living room to turn on/off. The coffee maker in the kitchen has mold/mildew growing in it and we had to rely on Starbucks across the street. Last, but not least, the front door to the unit would not easily close/open. It appears the door is warped.

Very nice rental property

We liked this place because it had a beautiful view, fun pool area and grocery store right across the street. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again when we come back to Kauai.
