The luxurious interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1158 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets.

Three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers. There are two master suites a King bed in one master suite, and a Queen bed in the second master suite, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to easily accommodate 6 people. G302 includes three flat panel wall mounted televisions, central air conditioning, elevator access, and interior full size stackable washer and dryer.

The main attraction at Waipouli Beach Resort is the family-friendly two-acre fantasy pool and garden, three sand-bottom jetted spas and two waterslides! The resort offers Spa by the Sea, a full service salon, its own award-winning Oasis on the Beach Restaurant, and a fully-appointed ocean-view fitness center. Resort amenities include a business center and complimentary high speed WiFi. Spa by the Sea is available on-site to Enrich Your Body and Soul.

The Condo is ideally located on the East Coast with easy access to the North Beaches and South Beaches and right across the street from a Starbucks! Papaya’s Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, Gourmet Ice Cream, Long’s Drug Store, and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and eateries.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions ideal for running or early sunrise strolls. A world famous golf course is a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore and golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

We had a great stay at this location. We had a small minor issue when we first arrived but they were very prompt on helping us solve the problem. Views were incredible, pool was amazing. We will be coming back to this location in the future!

Kauai Paradise

The condo was beautiful. The view from each room to the ocean was breathtaking. There was plenty of space for my crew of 6. The pool area was enjoyed by all. Loved every minute of our time at the condo. Seeing the monk seal sleeping on the beach was an added bonus.

Amazing place and location

The property was just how it looked. The unit had ocean views out of every room. The kitchen was well equipped, you do need to buy oils and condiments. The pool area was very nice, a bit confusing about the codes but once we figured it out there was no issue. The restaurant was closed while we were there but other than that it is a nice place to stay, a lot of families.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view and hear the waves 24/7. AC doesn't feel as strong due to the sun bears down on condo during day facing the ocean. Didn't bother us as we were out and about and closed the curtains when we weren't home. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms, property grounds are great. We want to stay here again!

Little piece of paradise

Pretty views off the balconies, well kept property, everything you need in the kitchen and a grocery store right across the street. Great location to get to both north and south side activities. Saw a couple whales way off in the distance here but got a much closer look via Kauai sea adventures. The concierge service was great to have available. Shave ice across the street next to Starbucks was also great. Sunrises were gorgeous right from the balcony and even better with the short walk to the beach. Grounds are well kept. Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was a plus. Even though the property was full it was pleasantly quiet and the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back again.

Family event in Kauai

We had a fabulous time at this property. It's a lovely condo with an amazing view. Being in the middle of the coconut coast, it was easy to get to both the north and south sides of the island. Quick and easy to get to and from the airport as well. There is a Safeway supermarket right across the street from the complex which is really convenient for stocking and restocking supplies. However, bring a coat with you as the market sets their temp at about 65 degrees. We ate at the onsite restaurant a couple times and went to the bar for drinks as well. The food was amazing and the drinks were the best we had on the island. A little pricey, but worth it. All in all it was a 5 star experience and we were glad and lucky we found this gem of a place.

Ideal Kauai Vacation Destination

We visit Waipouli Beach Resort every year, and I think we've found our favorite condo yet. The complex itself is phenomenal, especially for traveling with kids like we do - the common pool/restaurant area is perfect for kids, the onsite spa offers beachside massages, there are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the walking path is just a couple blocks away. This unit, like all the other oceanfront condos in this complex, is extremely clean, spacious, has a fantastic view, and is well decorated. But we really appreciated the ample kitchen linens (the unit we stayed in last year had just two dish towels for a week-long stay) and the scent-free laundry detergent. Plus, the combination of the high floor and full ocean views from each room of this unit really can't be beat. Everyone at the property management company was so responsive; it was really such an easy and relaxing stay. We will be back!!

Perfect location within the resort; very nicely appointed! We just got back from our vacation on Kauai and really enjoyed this condo! We loved being able to open the doors and hear the waves crashing. Beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great. Parking was very easy. Pools were nice, but a little smaller than I had envisioned from the photos. And, because we got some rain, the days that were sunny meant the pools were quite busy! There was also some crowding at the BBQs since one was not working well. On the plus side, we were walking distance to some restaurants, close to the grocery store and a very short drive to the cute Kapaa town. Overall though, the resort was very nice and the condo was exceptional.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The unit itself was beautiful and clean as can be! The area was spacious, the AC was great, the ocean views in every room were amazing. 3 toilets, 2 showers and 2 baths! Also the resort itself is great! Beautiful pool, water slides, jacuzzis and walk right out to beach access. It's also conveniently located on the island. Lots of things in the area. Candace was a delight to work with, easy, efficient and friendly. I truly cannot give high enough praise for this whole experience. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo!

Very nice property! Pictures accurately capture the rental. The only complaint we had was we wish there was a pool snack bar/cocktail bar available by the pool during the day. Other than that… Excellent location with Safeway and other amenities right across the street. Fantastic ocean views from every room!

Paradise in Kapaa

The Stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort was awesome. Our rental (G302) was on the wing with full ocean view from all rooms, kitchen, living room and balcony's. Well equipped with beach chairs and ice chests and well organized and stocked kitchen. Kids and grandkids loved easy access to pool area with many attraction including sand beach, slides and family and adult hot tubs. Nice restaurant/bar adjacent to pool. Lava lava Beach club a few minutes away and had great meals and mai tai on the beach with live music. It was a great location for headed to both sides of the island and close to airport. Communications and help/support from the company was prompt and always friendly and positive! Maholo, MIke

Thank you for the wonderful experience. We loved the view from the living room. The balcony from the living from and from each of the two rooms was fantastic. Each room had its own separate balcony. You could see the ocean from every room in the place. Had everything we needed and was clean. It was absolutely perfect. Third floor which we liked as it made the view more impressive. Thanks again!

Great condo, resort and location

The condo was great and as shown in the pictures. Well stocked with all you needed to cook meals in. The view is fantastic with an excellent ocean view. The pool area was nice and never had a problem getting a chair. It is in a great central location and it was very handy to have a Safeway and ABC store right across the street. Walked to several good restaurants that were close. Only thing I would change would be to put a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom so it would be the same as the master suite and more comfortable for adults sharing the condo.
