Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This gorgeous top-floor home can sleep 4 people. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and the sleeper sofa has a Tempurpedic king-sized mattress. This beautiful home also features a second 3/4 bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy stunning views while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

5 Stars, Wonderful Property

This place is amazing, set in a lovely location and incredibly well furnished. We’ve stayed in a lot of lovely spots all over the world, but this one ranks up there in terms of affordability and location. Set in a complex right on the beach with distance views of ocean this condo is perfect. 5 stars all around. Would love to come back one day

Amazing condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Resort. The condo was extremely clean— truly every corner of the unit was spotless! The bed was super comfortable, we all slept very well all week. We also enjoyed the view from the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Convenient and comfortable stay

We had three generations staying together and found the space to be comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The view and the balcony were especially appreciated. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the room each morning. The centralized location worked well for daytime exploration of the island.

Perfect location!

This resort condo is located on the east coast and is perfectly situated to travel north or south to explore those areas of the island. The location is also about 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the Wailua River access for kayaking excursions and The Smith Family Luau. The resort is beautiful with a wonderful lazy river including 3 hot tubs and pool area. The beach is area is clean and never crowded! We will definitely return here for future visits!

Enjoying paradise

We enjoyed every moment here in Kauai. We went snorkeling and enjoyed some of the local restaurants. Then to come back to our beautiful room was so comfortable and relaxing. The pool, slides, lazy river and the Oasis Restaurant was incredible! Mahalo to everyone The French Family. We cannot wait to return🌺🌴🐳

Better than the Grand Hyatt

We absolutely loved the property. It was very clean and welcoming. You could tell a lot of care went into it. It had a great central location so we could enjoy all parts of the island easily. We stayed at the grand hyatt for the second half of our vacation and felt more at home here. We will definitely look into renting this property again. The only con was that the app they use wasnt available for android but my girlfriend has an iphone so it all worked out. 10/10

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture needs to be updated badly. The couch is filthy with stains. Carpet needs to be cleaned. The unit is crowded with too much furniture. Closet is so full of stuff there is hardly room for clothes. Dresser drawers don't close. Condo was clean other than furniture. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the location and amenities of the resort. ReMax instructions and communication was excellent. We didn't have any issues with arriving to the condo. WiFi was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo - it was spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, and had beautiful views. We found it to be well-maintained and the whole rental experience was flawless. Although we didn't really interact with the resort staff regarding the rental itself, we found them to be friendly.The only issue with the condo itself was the toaster didn't work (the buttons on both side wouldn't stay down to toast). A relatively small complaint, though, and it wasn't a big deal. The couch was not comfortable at all (understandable as it also functions as a pullout bed), but we're on vacation so shouldn't be spending time on the couch anyway :)I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant onsite (Oasis). We found it to be overpriced for the good quality and the service. We were ignored most of the night, while our neighboring table got above and beyond service (free shots). I would recommend trying Street Burger (~5 minute drive away). Their food was EXCELLENT and the staff were wonderful. Overall the stay was a great experience. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend the unit to anyone.

Great family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family adventures. It is centrally located so very easy to drive to the North or South sides of the island. The pool was beautiful and the water slides were a hit for the kids. The condo was well maintained and perfectly stocked. We would love to stay here again!

The resort's lazy river is a wonderful way to relax, and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. Each day, we found Hawaiian monk seals lounging on the beach. The unit is well kept and immaculate. Great Property, perfect location

Really nice property, resort is a nice home base for a great island vacation. Close to shops and restaurants. Centrally located so what ever side of the island you are want to visit you are not more then an hour away. Everything was clean and tidy except for the vent and surrounding area in the kitchen ceiling which had a large spot of mold. There was also mold on the inside panel of the curtains; both in living room and bedroom. For the price I would have expected more care in these areas.
