Razorback Greenway steps away from the front door. Comfortable furnishings, soft linens, and extras in the kitchen! You will have access to garage and full house. Hosting guests is a true joy for me. NWA continues to be an ever-changing and progressing little, big town. It's a pleasure to share our home and city with my guests!
Why they chose this property
This property sits in an area surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods that do not allow short term rentals. It is hard to find a place to rent short term in this specific area. It is extremely centrally located and right on the Razorback Greenway, just up from the Bellview Rd. Sidepath trailhead.
What makes this property unique
Sits on an acre of land, big garage to park a car/bikes in, also has another home that can be rented to accommodate larger family or group gatherings (summer 2023), and newly remodeled from top to bottom!
