-Every inch of this home was designed with vacationing families in mind. This stunning designer home is in quiet upscale neighborhood of Seminole. The perfect getaway that feels secluded while being close to everything!

-Beautiful large kitchen for you to make tons of meals and memories. The dining area seats 8 and the island seats 4. This is a beautiful home your family and friends will love.

After a day at the beach or out exploring all that Tampa/St. Pete has to offer, your whole crew can relax in our garden or enjoy the game room, ping pong table, dart board and/or outdoor fireplace sitting area.

The Space~

The house sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably, with a dedicated workspace, if you absolutely need to get some work done. But with the beach less than 5 minutes away, you’ll be tempted to put all calls on hold until after your vacation!

The entire home is for the whole family to enjoy with the exception of a locked owners closet downstairs.

The garage is not available for parking - it is a game room/entertainment area. Not to worry!! Bring your Boat and/or RV because our driveway is large enough to accommodate several vehicles.

-Minutes from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, North Redington, Madeira Beach.

-Quick jaunt to multiple airports (St. Pete-Clearwater, 11 miles; Tampa International, 19 miles; Sarasota/Bradenton, 34 miles)

- Theme parks galore! Splash Harbour Water Park is only 4 miles away, Busch Gardens is only 27 miles away, and you are less than two hours from the Magic of Disney in Orlando/Kissimmee.

-Whether you like fishing, botanical gardens or nature preserves, the St. Pete and Clearwater area has you more than covered. Outdoor recreation can be found year-round on the nearby Pinellas Trail, and our home is only 11 miles from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Inquire for pets. $85 yard clean up fee and additional $300 deposit may be required. Any bookings over 6 guests are subject to an additional nightly fee of $20 per guest, per night.

We loved the house, plenty of room to sprawl out plus the bedrooms were more than we needed. Sharon was great, if we had questions she got back to us immediately! I would stay there again!

Perfect family getaway!

This home was perfect for our stay in Florida for our daughter’s college softball tournament! The home was very clean, spacious, and included a game room with pingpong, darts, and corn hole as well as a fire pit outside. Thank you for your hospitality! We loved it!

Summer Trip
