Convenient Location & Great for Families

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our extended family, including 3 adults, a grandparent, an infant and three kids under 10. It is very spacious and each room has plenty of privacy. The amenities were above and beyond- a TV in each room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and plenty of extras like high chair, portable crib, beach chairs, pool table, tons of board games, etc. The kids loved the mini golf out back, as well as all of the pool toys and playing in the swimming pool. The adults loved the swimming pool too once the issue with the heat was resolved. The host was very responsive and accommodating in the process. The location is also very convenient- in a safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood, and a short driving distance from many attractions like the beach, Pinellas trail, main Street Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Fun time with old friends

Property Manager was very responsive. House lived up to the listing. Clean, comfortable beds and nice decor. Pool and Spa temperature gave us fits. Eventually we figured out the problem was due to low water levels. Given that we were mostly from cold places the pool and hot tub was one big reason we stayed there. The manager bought us pizza's to help make up for our struggles. It was a nice gesture.
