Welcome to our unique Old Chicago Style home located in the historical neighborhood of Evanston.

This spacious 7-bedroom home is an ideal choice for families or large groups, offering a total of 9 beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. (12 beds if including the queen luxury air mattress, full-sized sofa bed, and split king bed)

The home consists of two distinct apartments that collectively provide three family rooms, three full bathrooms, a private office, and two kitchens. The entire house is rented as a single unit, offering ample space for large families or groups.

The house is located next to a full playground and basketball court and is within walking distance to downtown Evanston, Northwestern University, and a new local brewery and classic car museum.

An 8-minute walk to the Metra Train Station provides quick transit to downtown Chicago.

Our home is situated next to Twiggs Park, just south of the channel near the arboretum, and only half a mile from Northwestern University and the Football Stadium. One mile from downtown Evanston and 13 miles to Downtown Chicago.

The house also includes a luxury queen air mattress, pack n'play, and a high chair.

Each TV in the home comes with streaming cable packages, and WiFi is available throughout the house with a strong network. For added security, the house comes with a home security system for use if you'd like.

All of the dish and cookware, pots, pans, blender plates, bowls, cups, etc. are stocked in the home, and all linens are cleaned and ready for your arrival. The showers come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and a few rolls of toilet paper.

The property offers driveway parking for up to 4 cars, and there is also ample free street parking available nearby, often right in front of the home.

*Reserving person must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*All events or parties must first be approved.
*Pets must be noted on the reservation and additional fees apply.
*We love keeping our home pet friendly, but cleaning a full house completely of pet hair is a large chore, so if any is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
* No smoking is allowed in the property.
*Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs.
*If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
*If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
*If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
*Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
