Warm, family-friendly 3BR second-floor apartment with full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and complimentary coffee + tea. Cozy beanbag chairs for movie nights, board games and books to borrow. Walk to downtown Wilmette, close to the train, NU & Evanston, under a mile to the lake. Approximately 30-45 minutes to downtown Chicago.

Please note - this is a 2nd floor space and there are outside stairs leading up to the entrance.
